Why i said NO To Iyanya’s Manager's Engagement, Ubi Franklin:Lilian Esoro

Last Thursday, news broke and photos went viral that Iyanya’s manager and CEO of Made Men Music Group, Ubi Franklin and  Nollywood actress and hit series, Clinic Matters star, Lilian Esoro are engaged.


Fans were so delighted at the news BUT it seems this isn't really what happened between this couple. Because the supposed bride-to-be Lilian Esoro has allegedly denied the report via her BBM status. And Freda Francis, who is a friend of the pair and broke the news of the engagement on her Instagram page has since taken down the post.


Here is the BBM status YNaija posted from Lilian, adding that at the time of this report, neither Lilian nor Ubi Franklin could be reached to comment and neither of them has posted anything on any of their social media accounts. The BBM message reads:

    “please ooooo, stop the congratulatory messages, i am NOT yet engaged, thanks”.

Well there you have it- they may not be engaged yet, but we are certain that the love birds who have been seeing each other for about 14-months have got a thing going. For now, we would like to believe that it’s either the engagement didn’t happen or Lilian said No! Or they don't want to go public with the news yet.
