National Examination Council, NECO, has raised an alarm over the effect Boko Haram insurgency would have on conduct of future examinations in the northern part of the country.

“The challenges affected the overall time-line for the conduct of the examination, marking of the result scripts and the release of the results scripts.”
Also announcing the release of the results, Professor Okpala said there was a remarkable improvement in candidates’ performances in the core subjects, English and Mathematics, compared with the situation in the previous years.
